Location near attractions, two swimming pools, spacious common areas

Poor communication about room issues!!! The spa experience fell dramatically short of expectations!!! More attention to detail in maintenance would elevate the overall experience!!!

I really enjoyed the homemade pasta at the restaurant, a true culinary delight! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The view from the room was another highlight, making every moment feel like a postcard from Istanbul.

However, the payment situation was a huge disappointment. They froze the full amount of my stay on my card and then charged it again at checkout. It's been almost a month, and the funds are still blocked! When I inquired, the manager just shrugged it off as hotel policy, and why no minibar, I wonder?

Our stay was marred by cleanliness issues. We found debris left by previous guests, including a champagne bottle cap and scattered sunflower petals. Additionally, the air conditioning did not function properly throughout our visit, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Despite asking for maintenance help, the problem persisted until our last night.

I had a great stay. The corner room offered stunning sea views. The staff were always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Perfect location for exploring nearby attractions. 🌊

The location of Hilton is excellent, offering stunning sea views from my Executive King Room. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, allowing for a comfortable work environment. The staff consistently provided thoughtful assistance, particularly with taxi arrangements, ensuring I met all my appointments efficiently.

I enjoyed an amazing week with my family. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and our sea view room was stunning. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, especially the soft charcuterie and pastries. The pool was a perfect way to start the day. Consider requesting laundry services early for convenience!

Getting around can be a hassle. the metro and bus stations require considerable walking, making taxi rides necessary, especially with kids. Traffic can turn commutes to the Sultanahmet region into lengthy adventures, particularly in the afternoons. Additionally, there are significant inconsistencies in service, like unclear pricing for room upgrades and a frustrating experience with the reception regarding room allocations. It doesn't help that multiple staff members provided conflicting upgrade costs and the executive lounge access was poorly communicated, leading to unnecessary confusion.

The stunning decorations and accessible facilities made moving around a breeze for us. I particularly adored the elegant dining areas where my family could gather comfortably. Everything felt so inviting and cozy during our stay.

More assistance with room amenities would be beneficial.

I really enjoyed my stay as the hotel is just a short walk away from Atakoy Marina and National Sovereignty Park, making it super easy to explore beautiful landscapes and city spots during my strolls.

The spacious room offered a stunning panoramic view of the sea, and the breakfast selection was impressive, featuring sliced tropical fruits. Though the hotel is located near a busy street and a highway, the sound isolation between rooms was generally acceptable.
